Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

At Ishitvam Yoga, we are committed to your satisfaction. Our refund policy varies depending on the type of service or product purchased. Please read the following sections carefully.

1. Wellness Workshops & Retreats

Due to the logistical planning involved, workshops and retreats have a specific cancellation window.

• Cancellation 30+ days before the event: Full refund, minus a 15% administrative fee.
• Cancellation 15-29 days before the event: 50% refund.
• Cancellation less than 15 days before the event: No refund will be issued.
• You may transfer your spot to another person at any time before the event begins. Please notify us of the change in writing.

2. Therapeutic Sessions & Classes

For individual sessions and class packages:

• Pre-paid Sessions/Classes: To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.
• Class Packages: Unused classes from a package are non-refundable and must be used within their specified validity period.

3. Digital Products (E-books, Courses)

All sales of digital products are final. Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of these products, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at ishitvamyoga@gmail.com with your booking details and the reason for your request. All refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
